Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@nestlyco.com.au within 30 days with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Change of Mind We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. To initiate a return, email hello@nestlyco.com.au with your order number and we'll provide our Australian return address.
Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
